Nice location overlooking the river, but the main road can be a bit noisy. On the second night we kept the windows closed , which helps greatly. Comfy bed with freshly laundered sheets. Shared bathroom and toilet also kept very clean. I felt a bit awkward about using the kitchen, so had to forego my morning coffee. My advise would be to take a travel kettle.Beware of the steep stairs if you are less mobile. This is budget accommodation, but pleasant enough all the same. Especially if you just want a 'base camp' because you are spending all your time seeing (and sampling) Amsterdam- I got the impression we could come and go as we pleased.Translate this guest review
Meget centralt beliggende. Der kunne godt være et ordenlig bord på værelset til at spise ved. nogen form for ventilation på værelset vil være godt når det er varmt. Kan man leve med fælles bad og køkken er det et godt sted, og godt med egent køleskab på værelset.Translate this guest review

The room has a fantastic view of the river Amstel and is fairly close to the sightseeing areas. Being a typical building of amsterdam and being the 2nd floor there are a lot of steps to climb. Being a shared house, when we arrived there were dirty dishes around the sink area, these were cleared a bit later (the room itself was clean at our arrival). The staff were helpful in providing a child bed for our 4 year old.Translate this guest review
