The place was located in a suburb about 45 mins from the city center, but was well connected by bus and tram. also there was a little beach nearby so it was good value for money. there were a couple of food joints nearby, but none in the hotel. the staff was very friendly, spoke english and gave good advice about going around. only thing is when planning day trips or going around from the hotel, budget for a couple of hours allowance over the normal travel time.
