Opened in 2005, Hostal Coral is a welcoming establishment situated in the very centre of Barcelona, right in the Barri Gotic (Gothic quarter), next to Placa Sant Jaume and a few steps away from the Rambla, the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the Port and all the attractions in the city centre. Placa Catalunya is also just a short walk away and leads on to Passeig de Gracia, one of the most important avenues in the city and home to Gaudi’s buildings La Pedrera and Casa Batllo as well as some of the best clothes stores in Barcelona. If you want to venture further afield, you can do so very easily by hopping on a metro at Jaume I station which is just a 5 minute walk away and has metros to Barcelona’s beaches and Villa Olimpica.

Situé en plein coeur du quartier gothique près de tout (La Rambla, Plaza Catalunia et le port). je vous conseille une chambre avec salle de bain privée, c'est plus propre et beaucoup plus confortable. Parfois la nuit c'est brouillant dehors mais c'est supportable.

Zimmer soweit sauber, allerdings Schimmel in den Fugen und modriger Geruch. Ansonsten gut und ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder wählen. Zimmer war dunkler als im Internet dargestellt.

El barrio, a plena luz del día no me gusto en exceso, sobre todo olía mal y había un ambiente poco agradable. El hotel en si era un horror, tercenmundista el servicio, el personal etc. Todo MUY sucio. La habiación lo mismo, muy sucia, ruidosa y nos advertian de la posibilidad de que entraran ladrones y no abriéramos el balcón. No nos quedamos.
