From the hotel, you will reach in a few minutes’ walk the most attractive sites, as the cathedral, the Pl. Sant Jaume, the Picasso museum, La Ribera and El Born neighbourhoods, the Aquarium, the Maremagnum commercial centre, the World Trade Center... Moreover, the area is very well-served by the Drassanes metro station (line 3) and the different bus lines (including the tourist bus and the airport bus), with a fast, effective connection to the Fira de Barcelona conference and exhibition centre, as well as to the entire city.
The hotel emerges from the complete refurbishment of the old Pensión El Cantón, that during many years was highly recommended by the best international guides as Rough Guide, Time Out and Lonely Planet, by its special location and its good price-quality relation.

By tren direct train to Barcelona from the airport every 10 min. Stop in Sants Station or Catalunya Station, and there , change to the underground, line 3, colour green, Montbau direction, until the Drassanes stop. You will be now in the Ramblas, in front of Colon Monument, from there take A. Clavé Street until Nou de Sant Francesc Street. (just 2 min. walking from the underground). By car exit 21 from Ronda Litoral (Ciutat Vella, Rambla, Paral.lel…), The hotel doesn’t have car park itself, but there are several around (in A. Clavé Street), that offers a special rate for our guests.
