War sehr zufrieden,netter Vermieter,gute,zentrale Lage,gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,alles nötige war vorhanden.Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig,aber ansonsten ist die Lage des Appartments nach hinten heraus ruhig.Ideal ist der Balkon für Raucher. Einziger Kritikpunkt:Sie Heizung liess sich nicht abstellen,aber der Vermieter versprach sich darum zu kümmern! Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Absolutely brilliant choice! I could hardly believe my luck. The studio is clean, cosy furniture and warm colours, suitable kitchenette. By Amsterdam standards (which is where I live) I would call it 'spacious' even. Its very quite, small balcony with a view of trees and the back-yeard. Only the lift (elevator) makes noise, but earplugs helped. Oh ja - and the entrance door made a strange rattling sound at one point, which I helped by squeezing a towel in between door and frame. That was the only nuisance. 5 min walk to Nollendorfplatz metro, supermarket nearby. As a woman travelling alone I felt save, too. Janitor helpful and friendly. I'll be back!!! :))

L'appartement est propre et clair. La terrasse est un petit plus qu'on refuse pas :) Le seul point faible de cet appartement est l'isolation. Il est très mal insonorisé! Il y a pas mal de commerces de proximité comme Lidl, Kaiser ou Netto. La station Nollendorfplatz est à 5 mn à pied et est desservie par 3 lignes de métro. On gagne beaucoup de temps lorsque l'on décide de visiter deux quartiers dans la même journée! Hors saison, vous profiterez d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
