c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un logement dans Bruxelles même, avec commerces à proximité.appartement tout équipé, d'environ 50m2 pour 3 personnes.les sanitaires ne sont pas du première âge, mais très convenables.à 10 minutes du métro.à recommander.
