ho soggiornato al 4 piano in una doppia con bagno. personale gentile e disponibile.posto pulitissimo. ogni 3 giorni cambiano le lenzuola, mentre gli asciugamani ogni giorno. unico inconveniente la mancanza di un ascensore e quando esci devi sempre riconsegnare le chiavi a qualcuno di loro; per il resto tutto perfetto. My Girlfriend and I would really recommend to stay at the Hostel Norma. Its clean, in a good neighbourhood and the staff is really nice and accommodating. There are only a few negative aspects, that have to be mentionend. The staff does only speak catalunya and spanish and there are very uncomfortable stairs and thin walls. But it worked. It's on the second floor and the stairs are quite heavy to get up if you have a lot of carrying cases. The room was cleaned all days and the bathroom was really clean too. The employees where very kind and helpful. Also you have free WiFi and you can buy water directly at the reception (not too expensive. A disatvantage is that the room transmitted noise easily.
