Vicent was very friendly! We came at 22:00 on 12/31, and he was so kind to come and let us in :) You really feel like home at the apartment, there is everything you may need. Good value for money. Comfortable conditioning/heating. Pleasant design! Rather easy to find free parking around the house. Though the apartment is not in the center of the city, it is in fact rather close to it and to The City of Arts and Science (we walked on foot). Very quite (inneryard view). Nice and cheap Chinese restaurant across the street (amazing! but the Sangria there was one of the best tasted in Spain :)) To taste a native DELICIOS paella you should go to the seashore. Perfect location! Near to the metro, next to the old town. There are supermarkets in close distance. Nice and save neighborhood. The host is very hospitable and polite. The breakfast is fool enough. op de 7de verdieping net buiten centrum van Valencia is het goed toeven. Ontbijt is self service, maar als continental breakfast met koffie of thee met jus d'orange en yoghurt goed verzorgd.
