The rooms were clean (I stayed in a double and in a single), the double was very large and full of light, the single was way smaller but comfortable anyway. Only glitch: in the single room (102) the wifi wasn't working, and I could only use the LAN cable. The kitchen equipment is of the highest quality (WMF) and the staff is very friendly. Only problem: the reception is only open in the morning. Re the location: not super-central but well connected (tram and bus outside the door).
