The Botanic Villa B&B is a 1 star Bed and Breakfast found in a quiet residential part of Dublin, about a 20 minute walk from O'Connell Street in the city centre. The area is called Glasnevin and is close to the Botanic Gardens, Croke Park, the O2 Arena, the Helix Theatre, Bon Secours and the famous Grave Diggers pub. You can either walk or take a bus to the city centre, which will get you there in about 5-10 minutes, where you can explore Trinity College, Temple Bar, Grafton Street, O'Connell Street and the Guinness Brewery. Dublin Airport is approximately 20 minutes in taxi, and in the surrounding area there are plenty of restaurants and bars where you can get to know the locals. Guests can choose among 5 rooms, single, twin, triple and quad-room, some with ensuite bathroom, some with shared bathroom. One of the single bedrooms has its own sink, while the complete shared bathroom is in the corridor. In all of the rooms there is Wi-Fi internet, hair-dryer, TV and telephone. The full Irish breakfast is included in the price, and anyone departing early can enjoy a continental breakfast. There is also a left-luggage facility. This is a great place to use as a base during your stay in Dublin, because you are close to everything here; the city centre, the Phoenix Park, St. Anne's Park and Gardens, and Bull Island Nature Reserve.
