A small welcome pack with coffee would have been great. Extra money paid for keys when we arrived at 8.15 and were waiting on door step 10mins not so good.Translate this guest review

The apartment was a good size. However I would not recommend this to an older couple, tall or overweight person. There are two narrow slippery flight of stairs to get up to the apartment. The bed area was built on top of the couch area so you have to climb these weird little stairs and there is not much walking space for two people up there. You have to be careful if your not sleeping by the stairs to get up out of bed at night , you have to practically climb over the other person . There was no washer or dryer as the description stated which was disapointing since that was one of the reasons I chose this place, however there is a laundry mat around the corner and a dry cleaners down the street. The lanlord Maria was very nice does not speak any English fyi and was difficult to get a hold of, but over all very helpful to give me and my friend tips on where to go and provided us with a map. There is free wifi that works really well and the tv had some english and spanish channels, the couch was uncomfortable and small. Besides that it was a great stay very close to everything around the corner from the Uffizi gallery.Translate this guest review

Internetverbinding perfect. DVD speler bleek niet aanwezig maar who needs that in Florence?
Translate this guest review
