The residence was opened in September 2006 and is perfect for any kind of stay. It consists of 47 fully furnished spacious, bright apartments equipped with every modern amenity to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. The Residence is situated within two 5-storey private buildings, connected by a private car park (extra charge). There are Economy (1-5 people), classic (1-2 people), superior (3 people), Bilo Deluxe (4 people) and Trilo Delux (5-6 people) apartments available. All of the apartments have private bathrooms, a balcony, heating and air conditioning, a TV, telephone and wireless Internet access and all of them, except the economy apartments, have private kitchens. The residence offers also a meetings room, which can host up to 30 people. Some apartments are equipped for wheelchair access (on previous request and subject to availability).
