The staff, everyone we met are so friendly and helpful. The room is incredibly beautiful. In fact, the whole hotel is like a mini museum. The location is perfect. Within 10 minutes, you can reach most of major touristic locations. I'll definately come to Florence and stay in this hotel again.

Eine sehr angenehme familiär anmutende Herberge. Was das Gemeinschaftsbad für mehrere Zimmer anging, waren wir zunächst skeptisch. Können uns aber nicht beklagen, es war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ziemlich neu. Die Lage des Hotels war auch super, serh zentral, man braucht nur zehn Minuten in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof. Das Hotel ist durchaus weiterzuempfehlen.
