Leider wurden wir nicht in dem von uns gebuchten Hotel Margareth untergebracht, sondern in einem Hotel zwei Häuser weiter (Residenz Bellevue). Dies wurde uns vor Ort mitgeteilt. Wir waren im ersten Moment etwas enttäuscht, aber alles in allem mit dem "kurzfristigen" Alternativangebot auch sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren äusserst zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft in Firenze! Das Zimmer war blitzeblank, hatte sogar eigene Dusche im Zimmer. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher, nettes Personal. Würde die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen!

This is a great little budget place! The staff was very sweet (although a bit load at times...) and helpful. The bed was very hard, but most everywhere we stayed we had that same problem. The room was very large and we had a shower in it. The location was awesome as it was close to the train station, but not loud at all. All in all this was a good experience!
