La camera era molto pulita,unica pecca la muffa sul soffitto del bagno.Il buffet della colazione sufficiente ma non particolarmente abbondante e non tutto era di prima qualità(ad es. il pane era un po' raffermo) Comunque, l'albergo è comodissimo perchè il pullman 22 fa capolinea proprio di fronte e in 15min ti permette di arrivare in centro (Santa Maria Novella). In definitiva un buon albergo.
