Hotel carino, molto vicino alla stazione di S. Maria Novella, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante, pulizia buona. Per un soggiorno breve è consigliabile.

Per essere un due stelle è più che perfetto, il personale è veramente ottimo e accogliente, la colazione è abbondante e di buona qualità, personalmente ho trovato la stanza un po' rumorosa perchè ubicata sopra una stazione delle corriere, consiglio a chi ha problemi di sonno di portarsi dietro i tappi per le orecchie, oppure di prenotare al piano di sopra (Hotel Erina) che è sempre della stessa proprietaria che oltre tutto è una persona molto disponibile e gentile. Comunque sia, la posizione è perfetta per chi vuole visitare il centro di Firenze. Noi siamo stati molto contenti di tutto.

OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITA'/PREZZO. LE STANZE SONO SPAZIOSE E DIGNITOSE. GLI ARREDI SONO IN STILE E NON NUOVISSIMI, MANCA IL FRIGO E PER QUELLO CHE COSTANO I NUOVI TELEVISORI AL PLASMA UN RINNOVO LO FAREI! I MATERASSI SONO NUOVI, MA LE RETI ATAVICHE IN COMPENSO IL PERSONALE E' MOLTO GENTILE E LA COLAZIONE BUONA.
