The Appartamenti Residenza Ca' Felice are situated near Campo San Lio, in the historical centre of Venice, between the Rialto bridge (200 metres) and Piazza San Marco (800 metres), in a small and very quiet street, although the area is very lively. The Appartamenti Residenza Ca' Felice are situated in the centre of Venice, in a strategic position that will allow you to discover the most beautiful side of the city, walking easily from one important place to another, through the "Mercerie" area, the most lively part of the city centre, a maze of canals and narrow streets surrounded by several shops, bars and restaurants.

Inside, the building has been completely renovated recently and furnished by architects in 2009, but outside, it's still the same Venetian "palazzo" of the 18th century, with a façade on the street and the other on the canal. The apartments can accommodate from 2 to 5 persons and all come with a CD and DVD player, a TV, a kitchenette with a microwave, stove and fridge, a private bathroom with shower and heating. Towels and sheets are provided. Some of them have a private bedroom. You will also find laundry facilities at the apartments and a sofa bed in the living room area. There are 4 apartments available: Appartamento Ristretto for 2 guests, Appartamento Espresso for 3 guests, Appartamento Macchiato and Appartamento Cappuccino which both accommodate 5 guests. Pets are welcome.
