Miejsce na skraju turystycznej dzielnicy. Blisko do licznych knajp, pubow i Alei Niepodległości. Niestety hałas, głównie muzyka z klubów i samochody z ruchliwej trasy. Trzeba brac pokój z oknami od podwórza. Po drugiej stronie drogi zaczynają sie już ubogie dzielnice mniejszosci, głównie Kurdów. W okolicy, w strone placu Taksim "czerwona dzielnica". Dobra lokalizacja dla tych którzy chcą zobaczyć kawałek prawdziwego, ""nieturystycznego, miasta.
