The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom had a sewer smell and the beds were very low. There was a problem with the door lock but maintenance resolved it immediately.

Basic room and facilities, shower poor. Reception staff with very basic and limited english and as such were very unhelpful. Great location for the shops, bars etc in the centre of Taksim.

The accommodation was OK. However, the only frustrating matter was that when we were checking in, we were asked to pay the whole amount (360 EUR), even though we had already paid 60 EUR when making the online reservations. Fortunately, after couple phone calls, and 1/2 h. arguing all finished well.
