devo fare una nota negativa, la sistemazione l'hotel ARENA era perfeta, ma nella sistemazione da voi offerta per il problema di overbookin di Arena Hotel, per le prime due notti presso l'hotel Harmoni non era conforme a quello da voi dichiarato, l'hotel non é dello stesso livello(livello inferiore), è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione (quasi un cantiere), le camere e i locali comuni presentano vistose macchie di umidità che si sente pure nell'aria come pure nel letto (copriletto, lenzuola, e materazzo)al limite del supportabile (non é stata fatta nessuna osservazione al'hotel da parte nostra perchè erano solo due notti, ma il secondo giorno abbiamo staccato il portachiavi che permetteva di laschiare il condizionatore acceso tutto il giorno) magari consigliabile un sopraluogo di un vostro operatore per poter valutare la situazione (se dovessi fare una valutazione per il primo hotel (Harmoni) si troverebbe con tre 2 e per l'hotel Arena la valutazione sarebbe tre 5)
