La situación del hotel es excelente, se puede ir andando a casi todos los sitios de interés y el tranvía para al lado del hotel.El personal es muy atento y servicial, incluso hay un recepcionista que habla español. El desayuno esta bien, es variado y suficiente, lo peor el cafe. Las habitaciones están limpias pero la mía era excesivamente pequeña y las de otros del grupo eran grandes pero daban a un patio que era muy ruidoso por lo que les costaba dormir.
