un appartamento di 2 stanze, perfetto per una coppia, pulitissimo e posizionato a 30sec dalla fermata metropolitana, senza dimenticare i 2supermarket a 50metri e a 6min di cammino i ristoranti di cucina più differenti. La casa è costituita da un disimpegno, un bagno subito difronte all'ingresso con servizi nuovissimi e asciugacapelli, poi una cucina abitabile con poltrone e forno a microonde. La stanza da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, 2 comodini ed un armadio perfetto per 2 persone con un bagaglio ingombrante per far fronte a qualsiasi situazione. non manca la tv ed un arredo by IKEA :). Tutto è stato curato da Ruth, proprietaria eccezionale, cortesissima e disponibilissima per qualsiasi genere di problema. Tornerò e consiglio a chiunque una delle diverse stanze. ****** an apartment consist of 2 rooms, clean. near the underground station (30 seconds), 2 supermarkets (50 meters) and European cuisine restaurants (6minutes). The house consists of a hallway, a bathroom with brand new services and an hairdryer. The kitchen with a microwave, fridge, cooker and armchairs. The bedroom has a double bed, a big wardrobe and TV. The internal design curated by RUTH , "the excepitonal owner"! courteous, lovely and helpful for any kind of problems. i'll come back and reccomend it! ******* eine wohnung mit 2 zimmer für 1 paar. küche, badezimmer unch garten. 30mt entfernung vom Naturkundemuseum. We received a warm welcome from Spanish-speaking owner, Ruth. The flat (Apartment 1) was well-equipped but note that there is no bath, just a shower. Located in a quiet and secure courtyard, it has excellent local transport links to explore the city. The U-bahn station is right outside and the tram passes the door. Nordbahnhof S-bahn station, close to the Berlin Wall Memorial, is just a few blocks away and is the terminus for other tram line(s). Tradurre questo commento del cliente

My only issue was we were told check out was 12:00 however the cleaner turned up at 11:00, saying we should have checked out. This made us rush to be out. The cleaner should not turn up until 12. If the checkout time is incorrect on the reservation email. I would change this so future guests are not faced with the same issue.
