Was slightly concerned on arrival could see refurbishment still in place. But having arrived at our room the accommodation was great for the money. Everywhere clean and tidy and whilst we had the benefit of a newly refurbished room at the rear of the hotel (away from road noise) would stay at this premises again. Staff very attentive and nothing was too much trouble - thanks!

After renovating the stairs it will be an excellent arrangement for London Tourists.

Badkamer is enorm oud en vol kalk, douchekop staat zo laag dat je er gebukt onder moet staan.Bad is te goor om in te liggen.WC staat scheef, veel afgebladderde verf in badkamer, tegels stuk. Bed is van vroegere tijden, dekens zijn te kort (ik ben 1.75 m) kun je niet verder dan je oksels over je heen trekken. Verwarming niet zelf te regelen, brandt dag en nacht.Bed zit vol kuilen.geen koffie of thee mogelijkheden zoals website vermeldt.Wel schone lakens. Slot van deur zeer wankel en wel af te sluiten maar volgens mij met een flinke duw zo open. Wij boeken dit zeker niet nog een keer.

hotel en renovation.Les chambres louées etaient,petites,sales et le ménage n'etait pas fait tous les jours.Le linge de toilette n'etait pas changé tous les jours,la salle de bain est petite, pas de douche,fuite d'eau.Je ne recommande pas cet hotel.
