Hotel SH Florazar, Massalfassar

El hotel es fantástico para su precio, merece la pena visitarlo, la pega la distancia, pero se suple con lo bien y la calidad de sus instalaciones, un notable alto. Tradurre questo commento del cliente

We have just returned from our holiday in the hotel SH Florazar, which was extremely clean and tidy but quickly realised it was a business hotel which was very frustrating in the fact that you needed a car or taxi to get anywhere, even with the beach just a few meters away, there was no access on foot, by bus or tram, if this had been highlighted on the website when we booked we would have hired a car for the duration, as we discovered how expensive the taxis were. We ate in the restaurant and ordered the set menu, we chose the loin but when it arrived and started to eat, it was hot on the outside but 'frozen' in the middle. I did try to explain to the restaurant staff and the hotel receptionist but they either didn't understand or pretended not to understand. We still had to pay full price for the meals even though we told the staff and the plate was taken away, we were up most of the night with dodgy stomachs, this could have been much more serious and ended up in hospital with food poisoning.
