I stayed here before and it was really great but I was disappointed this time. Couldn't get through to the owners to let me in, had to wait for half hour with bag outside waiting for them to arrive. Then there was no soap or remote control in room and hair on the blanket. Disappointing.

The accommodation was clean and cleaned every day. However, it was more like a room in an appartment, we didn't see the owners at all, except for the delivery of the keys on the 1st day.

Accommodation is good value for money. However no kettle or vending machine on premises, so if you like to drink tea or coffee, it is advisable to bring a small travel kettle. There is a large Supermarket nearby opposite Santa Maria Church, which is handy. My husband and I were able to purchase ingredients to make fresh roll sandwiches daily which worked out much cheaper than buying these on the street or going to cafes etc. Good for people like ourselves that want to see Rome but have a very tight budget to stick to!

B&B BIEN SITUE A COTE DE LA GARE ET LES SITES SONT ACCESSIBLES À PIED OU EN BUS, PROPRE ET CONFORTABLE POUR UNE NUIT OU 2, CHAMBRE ASSEZ GRANDE MAIS LA SALLE DE BAIN EST MINUSCULE. PAR CONTRE L'ACCUEIL EST INEXISTANT, PARLE A PEINE ANGLAIS, TRES PEU DISPONIBLE, NOUS AVONS DU LES CONTACTER A PLUSIEURS REPRISES, D'ABORD AVANT LE DEPART CAR NOUS NOUS SOMMES APERCU QU'ILS N'AVAIENT PAS ENREGISTRES LES BONNES DATES DU SEJOUR ET UNE FOIS SUR PLACE VOUS ETES OBLIGE DE LEUR TELEPHONER 1H AVANT VOTRE ARRIVEE POUR QU'UNE PERSONNE VIENNE VOUS DONNER LES CLES DE VOTRE CHAMBRE. UNE FOIS SUR PLACE PERSONNE AU RENDEZ-VOUS NOUS AVONS DU ATTENDRE 20 MINUTES ET LEUR TELEPHONER DE NOUVEAU AVANT DE VOIR ARRIVER UNE PERSONNE POUR UN ACCUEIL TRES LIMITE. ENFIN CONCERNANT LE PETIT DEJEUNER IL N'Y EN A PAS PUISQUE IL N'Y A PERSONNE DANS L'APPARTEMENT, CE N'EST QUE DES CHAMBRES LOUES AUX TOURISTES, DONC EN GUISE DE PETIT DEJEUNER NOUS AVIONS DANS NOTRE CHAMBRE A NOTRE ARRIVEE 4 CROISSANTS SOUS VIDE ET 4 JUS DE FRUIT POUR LE LENDEMAIN MATIN...
