positiv: - sehr gute Lage, - gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, - sehr freundliches Personal, - unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe negativ: - im Erdgeschoss Disko/Bar, die Wohnung im 1. Stock - laute Musik an 3 Tagen bis morgens 7.00 Uhr - keine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee - Waschbecken im Bad: fast nur kaltes Wasser

location of this apartment is second to none, very clean and well laid out, there was no real complaints as such but i am a night owl however for some the nightclub downstairs may be a problem, as there was loud music one night, however it was secure and felt very safe. I will return to this apartment next year.
