Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé, très beau et très confortable. Certains membres du personnel sont un peu froids, mais comme il y a un roulement on ne voit pas toujours les mêmes personnes. Peut-être que le bruit pourrait constituer un problème pour certaines personnes; en effet, l'hôtel est situé au cœur de la ville, et Cracovie est une ville étudiante... cela ne nous a pas dérangé outre mesure, mais pour qui n'est pas habitué, cela pourrait poser problème.

albergo centrale...vecchio edificio con una certa classe e bellezza...senza ascensore ma non serve..ben riscaldato..ma al nostro arrivo non ci hanno dato il letto matrimoniale e per un giorno non ha funzionato il riscaldamento.

cet hotel est idéalemnt situé .La déco très classique lui donne du charme.La chambre était spacieuse seul petit défaut : le débit d'eau pour la douche qui est trés faible.
