Die Unterkunft war sauber und lag in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Etwas nachteilig war, dass das Appartment etwas dunkel war (Hochparterre, Fenster zum dunklen Hof). Zu beachten ist auch, dass sich die Rezeption in einer anderen Straße befand und es keinen Frühstücksraum gab.
