While I rate this Hostal as excellent on all counts, there is one serious drawback for some travellers: the stairs! My room was on the 5th floor, and that's a lot of stairs for a senior traveller. But very close to metro, bus and tram stops, a small market and Rossio Square. A bit of a trek to the waterfront, but flat to get there. How I wished for an elevator after a day of sight seeing! Small lounge and kitchen area on my floor made simple meal possible. Shared bath was very clean.

Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Pension an einem belebten Platz mitten in der Stadt (kann manchmal etwas laut sein) Die TV-Sender kann man getrost vergessen (4 insgesamt,davon 4 port)Kein Frühstück, aber gleich an der Ecke gibt es eine super Bar(nette Kellner, preiswerte Frühstück-Snacks und abends gutes Essen und Cocktails.
