L'hotel presenta molte deficienze per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione (la prima notte,nonostante la prenotazione,non c'era posto per dormire,e la direzione mi ha spostato in un altro hotel decisamente peggiore),la pulizia(presenza di scarafaggi,colazione servita sulla moquette fuori dalla porta,in quanto manca una stanza adibita al breakfast).Vi sembra poco?.

cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que había un problema con la habitación y que nos íban a llevar a otro hotel cercano que estaba mas nuevo y nos iban a cobrar lo mismo. el hotel no estaba nada mal, para lo que te puedes encontrar en Londres por ese precio! pero no entraron nigún dia a limpiarnos la habitación... algo bueno es que estaba a 2 minutos de la estación de metro de Padington, por la que pasan muchas líneas!
