Lage optimal, um Madrid zu Fuss zu erleben. Ausgebaute Dachmansarde, an den meisten Stellen für Erwachsene zu niedrig. Duschen beengt. Praktisch keine Aussicht nach aussen, dafür nachts ruhig. Gute Infrastruktur (Küche, elektronische Medien).

La situación del aprtamento es muy buena, es muy centrico y permite ir por el centro andando. El apartamento está bien cuidado y limpio. Me parece un buen sitio para pasar unos días conociendo Madrid.

placé au centre ville, on peut donc découvrir madrid sans métro. Il y a toutes les commodités, la Wi-fi et clim. L'appartement est calme. Carlos Martin nous a très bien accueillis.
