el apartamento en general no esta en muy buen estado;el baño no estaba muy limpio a la llegada,y había en el baño una escoba y una fregona muy muy sucia (por lo menos la podian haber quitado);casi todas las bombillas del piso estaban fundidas;habia un chicle pegado en el suelo. La persona que fue a recibirnos a la llegada (sr. Sama me parece) era muy amable.

Telefoon voor contact bleek voice-response, die in Spaans begon en lastig te volgen was. Het zou helpen aan te geven dat er sprake is van een voice response, en dat de keuze '2' het Engelstalige menu start, ook dat het boekingsnummer moet worden ingevoerd, etc.
