Hôtel qui se situe au 5éme étage d'un édifice,sur l'avenue principale Gran Via (traffic routier trés important), à proximité du metro. Chambre trés propre cependant pas de balcon pr les chambres à 3 lits alors qu'il est spécifié lors de la réservation, et personnel qui parle uniquement espagnol, aucuns efforts de fait pr les autres langues étrangères. Séjour satisfaisant pour Une nuit.

il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, considerando che si trova a due passi dalla fermata plaza de espana. Le camere sono più piccole di come appaiono in foto. noi avevamo prenotato una quadrupla e ci hanno rifilato una tripla con un letto aggiuntivo. la signora anna, la proprietaria, è gentilissima, mentre la donna di servizio, che spesso curava la gestione del b&b in assenza di anna, piccoletta, occhi chiari, capelli rossastri è molto scontrosa, non si piega minimamente a parlare in inglese e non saluta mai. un consiglio: portatevi il fono se dovete stare a lungo perchè quello che danno loro è su richiesta, deve esserediviso per tutte le stanze e funziona a malapena! per il prezzo è più che buono comunque.
