Ottima pulizia, personale cordiale, posizione eccellente, pochi metri dalla Gran Via. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno offerto la custodia dei bagagli gratuita e la possibilità di rilassarci nella sala comune in attesa di trasferirci all'aereoporto. Ottima cosa la sala pc con internet totalmente gratuita e a disposizione a qualsiasi ora. Unici nei da segnalare che la camera, anche se interamente corrispondente alla descrizione (tv, bagno, ventilatore) aveva un'unica finestra che dava su una sorta di cortiletto di un 1 mq circondato dalle mura dei palazzi, quindi vista zero, e il bagno non aveva finestre ma una presa d'aria. Probabilmente in tempi di gran caldo questa sistemazione si può rivelare fastidiosa. Comunque credo che si sia trattato di "sfiga" di aver avuto la camera a pianterreno, in quanto quelle dei piani superiori esternamente davano l'impressione di essere tutte fornite di balcone. La zona pullula di prostitute fin dal mattino ma effettivamente non danno alcun fastidio. In generale in vista di un'altro soggiorno a Madrid prenderei in considerazione di riprenotare lo stesso alloggio.
