When would you like to stay at Hostal Breogan Y Kryse?
About Hostal Breogan Y Kryse, Madrid
Pristine white rooms featuring en suite bathrooms invite the weary traveller to relax in the 2 star Hostal Breogan y Kryse in its fantastic central location on one of hippest shopping streets in Madrid: Calle Fuencarral, where you’ll find shops with the hip clothes from small designers and kitsch used clothing stores. The Mercado de Fuencarral is a small shopping centre is full of hip young Madrileños seeking out the latest trends or sifting through used retro wares. The hostel is between 2 great neighbourhoods (and two separate worlds), the bohemian, down to earth Malasaña and the fashionable Chueca area. Stroll down Fuencarral to Gran Vía, one of Madrid’s main thoroughfares and then a short distance to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and the attractions of the city centre. At night Malasaña and Chueca are the hottest areas for checking out the famous Madrid marcha, or nightlife. La Ida on C/Colon, 11 is a tiny little bar which fills up afternoon and evening with hip Malasaña crowd. The view from a window seat is like watching the barrio on a big screen TV. Angie (C/San Vicente Ferrer) puts out the best classic rock bar from Malasaña, you’ll know it’s closing when they play Angie by the Rolling Stones. After that, late night Mercurio Bar in Malasaña plays the best of the 60’s but doesn’t really get going until after 1:30. Gris on Calle San Marcos 29 in Chueca area plays indie music in an austere setting but has a two for one special worth popping in for. This typical family-run establishment is impeccably maintained. The white rooms are bright and spacious, with sound insulation for a good night’s rest. From the hotel it’s a 15 minute walk through Madrid’s charming city centre streets to the main tourist attractions, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza de España, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, the impressive urban park Parque del Retiro, Plaza Cibeles – the square that hosts the city’s raucous big football wins and the expansive avenue Paseo de la Castellana. more details >

Nice attentive staff, location is excelent! really clean room, they clean it and change towels and sheets everyday, reception is 24hrs. Only bad thing is that one cannot bring any guests, doesnt have a place where guest can hang and meet each other, and doesnt have a breakfast option. Besides that for the price its a good deal, and the location is a plus+++Translate this guest review

Albergo in una ottima posizione, pulito e confortevole. Abbastanza rustico, ma giusto per il prezzo.Translate this guest review

Translate this guest review
