We were pleased with the hotel and with the location in the Salamanca district, within walking distance of excellent shopping, museums and a variety of good restaurants. The accomodation was more expensive than we originally were led to expect based on the "from 55 euros" price mentioned on your website list, and we were not offered any alternative price options for the dates we requested. Our room came to about 90 euros per person and rates quoted in June were about 164 euros per person. Perhaps you should have a more realistic "from " amount quoted in your listing.
We did not indicate excellent in the general conditions rating because of little things like the non-functioning towel heating radiator in the bathroom and the too small sheets on the bed, plus the lack of an extra blanket and pillows. On the positive side, having a lap top with internet connection at our disposal in the room was a very attractive detail. Translate this guest review
