The location of this hotel is brilliant - just 15meters off Gran Via. Which was very helpful because I was part of a group of 15 girls for a Hen Weekend. It is within walking distance to nice bars/restaurants, and short taxi rides away from some of the larger clubs and the park. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful (especially Reccli) - they booked tables for me, printed off directions etc etc. The rooms are small but perfectly acceptable for a short weekend. The bathrooms were clean and the showers very good. Very good value for money - would definitely recommend!

les éléments de douches étaient cassé (jets en plastique qui se défait dès que l'eau est mise , cable de pomme de douche cassée...) chambre bruyante (mal insonorisée:bruit des valises , ascenseur, personnel de nettoyage dans le couloir) ventilation bruyante (VMC)
