When would you like to stay at Harlem Heaven Apartment?
Das Apartment war soweit super, alles sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Nate, der Hausmeister ist super hilfsbereit und total nett. Allerdings ist die Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig, sodass man jeden Schritt des Nachbarn in der oberen Wohnung verfolgen kann, am Wochenende ist der Straßenlärm auch ziemlich laut, sodass wir teilweise mit Oropax schlafen mussten. Harlem an sich ist entgegen aller Vorurteile wirklich in Ordnung. Man kann ohne Probleme Nachts von der Subway bis zum Apartment laufen, ohne Angst zu haben dass irgendwas passiert;) Außerdem hat man die Chance abgefahrene Leute kennenzulernen :) Insgesamt würden wir das Apartment in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen!

Logement très agréable, spacieux, tout équipé, bien situé, à proximité du métro (5 min). Très bon accueil de Nate (intermédiaire de Bill le proprio) à notre arrivée. Cependant, quelques bémols : - ni Internet ni la TV ne fonctionnaient à notre arrivée et malgré l'intervention de Nate et de Bill, aucun des 2 n'a pu être rétabli avant la fin du séjour (5 jours). - une taxe supplémentaire de 80$ nous a été demandée au paiement, taxe non mentionnée lors de la réservation. Par contre, aucun problème lors du check-out : Nate est venu récupérer les clés tôt dans la matinée (avant l'heure initialement prévue), et s'est occupé de tout (draps, ménage). A supposer que les problèmes rencontrés ne soient qu'un accident, nous conseillons vivement cette adresse.

...non spaventatevi se Bill (padrone dell'alloggio) non lo vedete, fidatevi senza nessun problema di Nate (noi eravamo diffidenti ma abbiamo fatto male!e ce ne siamo ricreduti) appartamento grande,spartano ma pulitissimo!metro vicino e quartiere non pericoloso!!ottimo per ritornarci :)

War sehr gut. Großes Apartment. Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Nur leider nachts etwas laut. Subway gabs in der Nähe, circa 15 bis 20min direkt in die Stadt (zumindest wenn man die Express und nicht die Lokal nimmt).Gegend war auch völlig in Ordnung, man kann auch nachts draußen sicher rumlaufen. Hatten bei der Buchung noch Bedenken und dachten gegen später sollte man eher die Subway meiden und mit Taxi zurück nach Harlem. Sind jeden Abend bzw Nacht mit Subway ins Apartment gefahren. Alles in Allem: SUPER.
