Zona tranquilla,gente molto socievole,vicinissima a central park(5 minuti a piedi)e a 10 minuti di metro da Time Square.Il cozy ha le fermate della metro raggiungibili a piedi in 3 minuti.Ramona,michelle e Thiffany sono molto carine e disponibili,se avete problemi loro sapranno aiutarvi sicuramente.Noi siamo stati in due camere in tempi diversi per lavori di ristrutturazione e devo dire che entrambe erano molto accoglienti,pulite con bagno in camera e con una piccola cucina con pentole,piatti,bicchieri,etc. Ve lo consiglio!

Hôtel en travaux à notre arrivée, ce qui est dérangeant; aucun geste commercial à ce propos; internet payant en plus; loin du centre; pas de service de chambre; 2 grands étages sans ascenseur; escalier raide et étroit

Hotelier reply: There are no renovations going on in this property. Certain rooms are being upgraded and we will continue to upgrade our rooms because that is what our clients expect. When you see our pictures you get a taste of what we are about. We have opened new rooms and have added new furnishings due to our high demands for availability from perspective travelers. There was neither dust nor furniture in their immediate area that would cause a disturbance in their location. Please be sure to ask them how they loved our beautiful rooms and everything in it. I am not sure what exactly annoyed this family but as usual we are always going to do our best to make everyone feel comfortable and feel at home. We still stand by our family name and our business The Cozy Inn. The picture she described of some narrow steps was scary I am so glad it’s not true. Harlem was built by the Dutch in the moment of elegance. They spared nothing when it came to building these brownstones that includes the craftsmanship of these steps. My steps are 36”L x by 12”W. That is actually 3feet long landing for each step. All of my steps are this wide throughout the entire building so this is the first untruth. This is a landmark building and steps are no longer built this long. The internet is always a separate fee of $5. We are not in the business of adding any surprise fees. Please make note that we do not offer room service as it is not offered on the amenities page, but we do offer GOOD service. We are located two blocks from the two and three train which literally will have you in Times Square in 14 minutes unless the trains are running off schedule. We aim for good reviews so we will do whatever it takes to keep a quality Inn.

Die Treppe zum Zimmer war sicher noch nie gepuzt worden. Die Unterkunft war völlig inakzeptabel: sehr kleines Zimmer mit Spiegeln rechts und links an der Wand zur optischen Vergrösserung. Ausstattung wie man sich einen Puff vorstellt : alles reines Plastik, schwarz und weiß und knallgelb. Stühle waren nicht sitztauglich. Bad viel zu klein ca 1 quadratmeter. also : nicht zu empfehlen. Zum selben Preis gab es ein gutes Hotel in Manhatten zu dieser Zeit: Days Inn.

Hotelier reply: Hello Engrande Staff and potential guest. .We have several huge rooms this guest could have chose from. His original room choice was due to his budget.He slept there for two nights and then requested another room located in the back of the building. We upgraded him to a room valued at a much greater cost, but he was not requested to pay a penny more. Many people love and request his original room as well as the upgrade. Suite 101J and room 3 are extremely popular and ultra modern rooms that have consistently been requested by guest from your company.These rooms are very modern with mirrors and chandeliers. Maybe this older gentle man desired a more conventional room. We understand we can't please everybody but we noticed he rated our cleanliness as 1. This is a direct un true statement and very offensive to our establishment/staff. We have a staff that cleans each room thoroughly and afterward the owner personally gets on her knees and checks under the beds and through the rooms.Our first encounter of Dietrich Lehmann was actually outside in front of the Inn's property having a great dispute with a very polite city cabdriver. The owner politely came out and defused his argument and escorted him to his room which he said he loved. From the cab driver incident to the switching of our rooms we knew Mr.Lehmann was very hard to please and would be a bit of a problem but we continued to work on it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and there are always going to be one guest that will not be pleased, as usual we will continue to do all that we can professionally do to make our travelers comfortable.WE LOVE WHAT WE DO!! Bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement correspondait à nos attentes. Nos hotesses étaient très sympathiques, serviables et à notre écoute. Quartier très sympa et métro à deux pas. We'll be back !
