Everything at the house of 120th street was really good! We enjoyed our trip so much - Georgia and Marie are wonderful people! Whenever there was a problem, they tried everything to solve it and solved it finally! Thank you very much vor everything! We see us another time! For sure! :)

Zimmer im Stil der 30er Jahre, aber super sauber inkl. Sanitär. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit zugehörigem Bad, alles sehr grosszügig und nach dem Gewöhnen an das Mobiliar super zufrieden. Anbindung an Subway gut (ca. 5min Fussweg), innerhalb 30 min am Times Square. Preis Leistung optimal. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse aussergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig. Man musste einen sehr kurzen Fussweg zu einem andern Haus in Kauf nehmen, aber kein Problem. Beim Frühstück lassen sich tolle Kontakte knüpfen, da sich aus allen Häusern die Gäste zwischen 8.30-9.30 Uhr treffen. Wenn wieder in New York, dann werden wir in jedem Fall wieder da wohnen.

Muy limpio, baño muy bien. Pero no tiene microondas, ni armario, la televisión está en el suelo y el radiador está alto. La ventana es antigua y aunque no se puede abrir no cierra bien. El personal muy amable y agradable, la limpieza muy bien. Se desayuna a unos 200 metros de la casa. Los desayunos bastante bien (café, bollería y tostadas)

Very nice b&b! Great staff, good breakfast. We bad our room above the breakfast room, but some people had to walk 4 streets,because the rooms are spread around a couple of streets. Still worth it!

la camera era veramente molto piccola, ma comunque non diversa dalla descrizione. le altre camere mi sono state descritte dagli altri ospiti come ampie. bagno sul piano molto piccolo. personale molto cordiale. ubicazione molto comoda con la metropolitana. ambiente in stile vittoriano molto particolare. nel complesso soddisfatta.
