Hotellet låg väldigt bra till och det var trevlig personal. Dock minus för att det bara fanns en hiss till alla 108 rum. Vi fick info från ett mail från hotellet att vi skulle dela toa/badrum med ett annat rum vilket inte stämnde, vi fick dela badrum med tre andra rum.

La camera era molto pulita, un po' piccolina, ma sufficiente alle esigenze di chi si reca in una citta' per vistarla e non per stare in camera. Il bagno era pulito ed il personale molto disponibile e sempre presente.

I had problems when i arrived, the recepcionist didn't know about newyork50, so was a big problem with the reservation fares.

Kamer was klein en naar verhouding koste het teveel geld. Er zat een deuk in het matras. Via de website leek het erop dat we een kamer hadden met douche en toilet op de kamer. Dit bleek niet het geval te zijn. Via de site werd het verkocht als semi private. Dit bleek in de praktijk te betekennen dat er een wasbak in de kamer aanwezig was. Personeel was niet echt cooperatief. Beddengoed werd pas verschoond na vier dagen en nadat we erom hadden gevraagd.
