Accommodations were as expected, but they tried to charge us more that what we reserved it for, until I should them your reservation ticxket price.

If staff was not cool at all - even not any hello when customers get in! - the location and the low price (relatively to the excellent location!!!) makes of this hotel a very good place to be: overall if you just have few days to spend in New York. There is no more central location than this one. After that rooms are really smaller that what you can really think about smallness. And not so clean (actually in the aspect!)

Hôtel Portland est très bien situé à 5O mètres de Times Square à proximité du Chryslr Building etc..Nous avions une chambre avec lit double et salle de bain privée propreté correct mais pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, les chambres sont petites mais si vous n'êtes là que pour dormir le prix est correct pour la qualité nous y retournerons sans problème idéal pour petit budget!
