Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden die unteren Stockwerke renoviert - das ging aber ohne Beeinträchtigungen für uns Gäst von statten - gut gemacht! Jedoch muss beachtet werden, dass genau auf der anderen Strassenseite der 54th Street derzeit ein 70 Stockwerke hoher Wolkenkratzer im Entstehen begriffen ist. Wir haben nur die Anfänge der Bautätigkeit mitbekommen, interessant wird es, wenn der skyscraper dann mal richtig wächst.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und stylisch gestaltet und haben alles, was man in dieser Kategorie erwartet. Das Hotel ist direkt am Broadway 5min nördlich des Times Squares und 5min südlich des Central Parks gelegen. Eine Straße weiter befindet sich eine Metro Station mit Halt von allen wichtigen Nord-Süd Verbindungen und der Linie zum JFK-Airport.
