The hotel stated that the booking had not been recieved from Budgetplaces by the hotel and the address you have is incorrect. The name you have for the hotel is incorrect. There are 3 hotels of a similar name and we were sent to another 2 hotels until finally we were checked in. The staff were generally unhelpful, bordering upon rude, being unable to answer basic questions about their own hotel, mumbling and turning their backs and generally appearing disengaged when approached. The hotel is advertised as 24 hour and although one person said it was it is clearly not. The rude responses were that actually you have to be in by 1am. On two occasions we were locked out and there was no answer to the door at 12:30am and the other was during the day. The lift was marked "Use at own risk as does not work properly". Cleanliness was satisfactory. The room was well appointed, but the toilet did not work was continually flushing and water pouring out continually. The bathroom lights did not function. The staff had no interest in resolving any problems, just getting in and out of the place was considerably difficult running the gauntlet of rudeness let alone actually making any sort of comment or complaint. The nearest we got to a response was that for the price a night we should expect the standards to be as we found them. We paid 60Euros per night which I would expect basic levels of standards and politeness in a service establishment. For this reason the value for money is poor, although the location was excellent, when you can't get in the place and the basic things don't work and the staff have no interest then its poor value for money.

De lift blijkt al geruime tijd gebreken te vertonen en is blijkens het erop geplakte papier niet te gebruiken;
de entree via het trappenhuis (twee hoog) ziet er allerbelabberdst uit;
de receptie maakt een zeer sjofele indruk;
kamers waren om 18.00 u. nog niet beschikbaar, ondanks eerdere melding van de aankomsttijd via mail (en bevestiging door het hotel);
kamers waren niet schoon: er was veel stof;
gordijnen voor het raam ontbraken;
tafeltje was aftands;
stoelen op de kamer van het allergoedkoopstesoort waar je nauwelijks op kunt zitten;
Geen badkamer bij de kamers;
in de gang een toilet met badkamer: hier ontbrak de douche terwijl er nauwelijks warm water uit de kraan kwam;
Televisietoestel dat ooit op een standaardje aan de muur hing, was verdwenen. de band waarmee het toestel vroeger vastgesnoerd was, bungelde er nog wel aan.
kortom, een afknapper. Het is maar goed dat het een kort verblijf was.

Wir haben nicht die gebuchte Unterkunft bekommen, das Hotel war angeblich überbucht. Vom Personal wurden wir zu einem anderen Hotel (Hotel Lella) geschickt, mit dem angeblich eine Vereinbarung getroffen worden war. Dort angekommen wußte das dortige Personal nicht über diese Vereinbarung bescheid und wir wurden auf den Abend vertröstet. Ein richtig schlechter Service von beiden Hotels! Bis abends konnten wir aber immerhin unser Gepäck an der Rezeption lassen. Abends wurden wir dann in dem Bed and Breakfast RosaBlu um die Ecke untergebracht (eher eine Privatwohnung mit zwei vermieteten Zimmern). Zimmer und Bad waren ok. Es gab sogar eine separate Toilette und einen Kühlschrank. Unterkunft war zwar nicht absolut zentral, aber in einer angenehmen Gegend.

Hotel senza pretese ma assolutamente accettabile, personale gentilissimo. Per brevi soggiorni con amici è l'ideale, vicinissimo alla stazione.

el hostalm estaba decente limpio sabanas toallas... habia tres camas y un armario pero para ir en plan mochilero guay se descansa bien colchones duritos y sabanas limpias

This hostel is cheap and cheerful. The area it is located in is rather rough and as 2 female travellers we did not feel safe walking around there after dark. The room was clean and functional. There was quite alot of noise which didn't really bother us too much. Security wise we didn't feel we could leave anything of value in the room which was a bit of a pain as it meant we had to carry it with us at all times. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would use the hostel again but not for any longer than a couple of days.
