Apartment Stadion, Wien

The Apartment Stadion is a nice and quiet apartment for 2 (max 3) people in the Heiligenstadt area of the charming city of Vienna just 20 metres from the city’s convenient public transport. You can quickly and easily be in the city centre in a short time you can be drinking in the splendour of the Imperial Palace, touring St. Stephen’s Cathedral and their catacombs hidden underneath the building or seeing an opera in the city’s famed opera house.

The area in which the apartment is located is known for its wine villages, such as Heiligenstadt, Nußdorf, and Grinzing. Grinzing is known for its numerous Heurigens, wine-drinking locales which can be found in Vienna evidence of the importance of wine making in this region. In the same building as the apartment there is a supermarket and a bank, and also nearby there are typical Austrian taverns, tennis courts, an excellent restaurant, a fitness centre, indoor baths with saunas and massage, and outdoor pools (only open during summertime).
Located on the 7th floor of a modern house, there is a tram stop and supermarket straight in front of the door. The apartment has one living room with nice leather sofa bed for one and there is a big double bed, table with 2 chairs, TV, DVD, radio and CD player.
The large bathroom has a bath tub and WC. The small kitchen is equipped with all electric appliances you will need: fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, flatware and plates. The apartment comes complete with fans, a washing machine and tumble dryer, hair dryer, heating, lift, and fresh linens and towels. The apartment does not face the street, so there will be less traffic noise, ensuring a good night of sleep.
