Location was superb, 5 mins from Rue du Louvre, 10mins from all other main tourist attractions. Owner was nice, polite and very helpful. Room was cosy, bed comfortable, heating excellent for winter. Apartment reasonable clean and tidy. Points to note: floor/ceiling of apartment above is thin, hence could hear constant steps of stilletos and noise from tv etc from above tenants. Appliances have pictures instead of words for instructions, so it would help to have an english translation of them.

Frederick, the manager of the appartments, was very helpful and explains everything. The flat was very stylish and in best department of Paris. Compared to other rooms I know best value for money.
