il servizio reso dagli labergatori è assolutamente scadente. le persone alla reception fingono di conoscere la lingua inlese. ed anche qualora fosse vero che non la conoscono è scandaloso per gli albergatori di una capitale europea. il giorno della partenza ho scoperto che non avevano prenotato il taxi come avevo chiesto, due volte, il giorno prima. non erano in grado, o non volevano, fornire informazioni di alcun tipo sulla città. assolutamente inefficienti.
