Dobra lokalizacja (20 min. od centrum tramwajem), z własnym bezpłatnym parkingiem. Niestety niska jakość usługi hotelowej. Pobyt zaczęliśmy od prośby do recepcji o papier toaletowy, którego nie było w łazience oraz wymianę spalonej żarówki. Podczas śniadań trzeba było kilka razy prosić o doniesienie (noże, kubki,jajecznica...). Brudna kabina prysznicowa. Sama obsługa sympatyczna.

Personale molto gentile,colazione soprattutto con salato e un dolce, pulizia delle camere una volta ogni 2-3 giorni, ma su richiesta fornitura di asciugamani puliti e del necessario. Servita benissimo dai mezzi di trasporto pubblici con cui si raggiunge comodamente qualunque punto della città

La stanza non sembrava da 3 stelle. Il bagno per esempio aveva una doccia minuscola e il rubinetto del lavandino era a quasi 80 centimetri dal lavandino stesso. Per il resto bisogna dire che il posto è in periferia ma collegato benissimo (mai aspettato più di 2 minuti per un tram), il personale è formato principalmente da ragazzi e ragazze molto gentili e disponibili.
