It was a really great apartment, very clean and homely. Near great restaurants and really good for sightseeing. Will definitely be back and would recommend the apartment to friends and family.

We stayed 2 nights at this place, very homely, most appreciable is the sleep quality and the location of this place. You can have a sound sleep and there is no distraction from around and the location around is just perfect. 2 close by metros plus mostly everything within close vicinity like super market, cafe, ATM etc.
Would recommend for family people with children for sure unless you have problem with climbing the stairs after walking on the elevated streets of montmartre.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful one room apartment! It is situated right in the centre of Montmarte but is very quiet since it faces an inner courtyard and not the street. Beautiful urban view above rooftops and chimneys. It makes the strenous walk up the 5 storeys of stairs more than worthwhile. Spotlessly clean and kitchen well equipped, even with Nespresso machine. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it 100%! If ever we would have the chance to go back, Fazia's apartment will be our 1st choice. Merci beaucoup!

We were one adult and two teenagers. One of us had a mattress placed on the floor with just blankets at her disposal and she was cold during the first nights. The apartment was small for three persons but very cozy. The code at the front door was changed during the week. We found out because we suddenly were locked out. Fortunately it happened daytime and one of us was still upstairs in the apartment and found the phone number of the landlady.
Proposal for the future:
• Make sure that the renters are informed as soon as the code for the entrance door is changed.
• Small lamps placed with the headboard will be nice.
• Make clear in the advertisement that the apartment is at the fifth floor with no elevator. There is of course a lot of stairs but also a lot of light, silence during the night ours and a view. And still you are in the center of Paris.
