We stayed 2 nights in July 2016. The room was large and clean. The location is good being close to Termini and there are plenty of restuarants close by. It was 36 degrees when we were there and the only minor problem we had was that the air conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep the room cool. Otherwise, we liked the accommodation.

We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon before moving on to minori. Our room was ready early and on arrival Isabella who is extremely friendly and helpful came down to meet us and take us to our room. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the outside of the building, it just looks like a block of flats, but inside it has got to be one of the cleanest places we have stayed in!
The safe and wifi are free, air con is €4 per night, we had a fantastic breakfast to set us up for our next journey before checking out. In addition to this Isabella gave us a map of Rome and explained where the best supermarket, clothing store, all tourist attractions were and how the public transport works. She was like our own personal tour guide!! Beware of pick pockets, they are rife in that area! We would strongly recommend the use of a money belt when out and about and don't accept help from anyone other than an official. We couldn't recommend this place enough, thank you for a very pleasant stay.
This was excellent value for money. We only stayed for one night as part of our Italy trip but Isa was exceptional.
Thank you very much.

The location was easy to get to, a few roads down from Termini station, so easy to get to from the airport. The accomodation is on the 5th floor, so you have to go up a small lift, which may be a problem for some people if they are claustrophobic. But, was fine for me. The owners of the B&B were lovely people, very accomodating and if you had any problems were very willing to help and sort things out. The breakfast we had was a good choice of croissants and fruit and yoghurts, kept me filled up for the day. As we were on the fifth floor it was nice and quiet. I went in March so the weather was a bit colder so would be unable to comment on air conditioning etc. but lovely people, good location - able to travel to most of the major sights in Rome in the Metro or by walking.
